01Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the objects and editioned furniture offered by Guerin Studio. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

02Ordering
Orders are currently placed by email (cart summary sent to kelliane.guerin@gmail.com). An order becomes firm upon receipt of our written confirmation and of payment. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, delivery costs excluded.
03Making & lead times
Pieces are designed in Lyon and made in France, to order or in small series, by partner craftsmen. Allow two months for a made-to-order piece; the vases and the Klyne, printed in the studio, ship within two weeks. The exact lead time is confirmed in writing with the order.
04Delivery
Shipping to mainland France and Europe. Costs and carrier are specified in the order confirmation. Check the parcel on receipt; any damage must be reported within 48 hours.
05Withdrawal & returns
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, except for made-to-measure or personalised pieces (art. L.221-28). Items must be returned as new, in their original packaging, return costs at your expense.
06Warranties
The objects are covered by the French legal warranties of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq.) and against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
07Reference version
This translation is provided for convenience. Only the French version of this document is legally binding.
