01Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the objects and editioned furniture offered by Guerin Studio. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

02Ordering
Orders are currently placed by email (cart summary sent to kelliane.guerin@gmail.com). An order becomes firm upon receipt of our written confirmation and of payment. Prices are shown in euros; VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French Tax Code); delivery costs are additional.
03Making & lead times
Pieces are designed in Lyon and made to order or in small series, with partner craftsmen. Allow two months for a made-to-order piece; the vases and the Klyne, printed in the studio, ship within two weeks. The exact lead time is confirmed in writing with the order.
04Delivery
Shipping to mainland France and Europe. Costs and carrier are specified in the order confirmation. Check the parcel on receipt; any damage must be reported within 48 hours.
05Withdrawal & returns
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, except for made-to-measure or personalised pieces (art. L.221-28). Items must be returned as new, in their original packaging, return costs at your expense.
06Warranties
The objects are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, which applies for two years from delivery (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), and by the warranty against hidden defects, which applies for two years from the discovery of the defect (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These warranties are free of charge and independent of any commercial warranty.
07Payment
Payment is made when the order is placed, under the terms set out in the written confirmation. No payment is taken on this site: there is no online payment module, and no bank details pass through this site.
08Withdrawal form
To exercise your right of withdrawal, copy out and send us the following form, by email to kelliane.guerin@gmail.com or by post to Guerin Studio, 38 rue Constant, 69003 Lyon, France. “To Guerin Studio, Kelliane Guerin, 38 rue Constant, 69003 Lyon, France, kelliane.guerin@gmail.com: I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the following goods — description: … ; ordered on: … ; received on: … ; consumer’s name: … ; consumer’s address: … ; date: … ; signature (if sent on paper): …” Any other unambiguous statement is equally valid.
09Governing law & complaints
These terms are governed by French law. Any complaint should first be addressed to kelliane.guerin@gmail.com: you will receive an answer within one month, and an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
10Reference version
This translation is provided for convenience. Only the French version of this document is legally binding.
