This site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no audience-measurement tool and no profiling. Typefaces are served from this site, never from a third-party server. No data is sold, rented or passed on to anyone for commercial purposes.
03Data stored on your device
The site stores locally (in your browser’s localStorage, never sent to any server): the contents of your cart, the plates you have already viewed (the “stamped” mark) and your quiet-mode preference. This information stays on your device until you erase it, and is read by nothing other than your own browser. You can erase everything through your browser settings.
04Form & orders
The contact form and the shop order open your own mail software: the information goes straight from you to kelliane.guerin@gmail.com, without passing through any intermediate server. It is used only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to fulfil your order — pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract under article 6.1.b GDPR, and accounting and tax obligations for sales records (article 6.1.c).
05How long your data is kept
Enquiries left without follow-up: three years from our last exchange. Client files and quotations: for the duration of the relationship, then three years. Invoices and accounting records: ten years, as the law requires (article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code). Data stored on your device: until you erase it. The host’s technical logs: according to its own retention policy.
06Hosting and transfer outside the European Union
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), acting as a processor. To display a page, its servers handle technical connection data, including your IP address. This involves a transfer outside the European Union, governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Nothing else is entrusted to it: the site has neither a database nor visitor accounts.
07Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over data concerning you (articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to kelliane.guerin@gmail.com: you will receive an answer within one month. If that answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or cnil.fr.
